Free home delivery for orders over £700. For amounts between £400 and £699.99, there is a £3.99 delivery charge. For smaller amounts, a £6.99 delivery fee applies.

  • Does Money Shop buy back currency? 

Money Shop will not only buy back unused currency but will also offer a ‘buy back guarantee’ for £3.99, enabling customers to buy back their currency at the rate the currency was originally bought. This only applies to the equivalent of converting £200 back, but could potentially save customers money.  

  • Does Money Shop offer a currency card? 

Money Shop offer a prepaid currency card when you top up a minimum of $75 or equivalent. Preloaded in Euros or US dollars at competitive exchange rates, it offers customers a secure alternative to carrying cash and as it is powered by Mastercard, can be accepted in thousands of retailers and restaurants abroad. 

  • How does Money Shop offer currency? 

Money Shop travel money can be ordered online and collected in store, or delivered to your home address. They also offer the option of purchasing travel money over the telephone, delivering directly to your home.  

  • Is Money Shop FCA authorised? 

Yes, Money Shop is fully authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. 

  • Do Money Shop take credit card payments, and do they charge a fee? 

Money Shop accept credit card payments as part of their travel money service. You may be charged by your card issuer for this. 

  • Can you choose a delivery date with Money Shop? 

Yes! You can choose a delivery date up to 14 days from when you place your order. If you order before 2pm, the earliest you will be able to have your currency is via Next Working Day delivery. Order after 2pm and your order will arrive on the next working day.  

  • Does Money Shop allow you to amend/cancel an order? 

Cancellation is not possible on next day delivery. For click and collect orders, there may be a cancellation fee.  

  • Can you specify denominations with Money Shop? 

Although you’re unable to specify which denominations you would like for your currency, you’ll receive a mix of larger and smaller denominations where available. For orders in store, you may be able to request denominations. 

  • Do I need to bring ID to collect from Money Shop? 

To collect travel money from Money Shop, you’ll need a suitable photographic ID and the card used for payment. For deliveries to your home, you will need to provide a signature to ensure the order is secure.
