Can you choose a delivery date with M&S?
If you order your M&S travel money before 1pm, you’ll benefit from next day delivery. Order after 1pm and your currency will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery the day after.
Does M&S allow you to amend/cancel an order?
If you have decided on home delivery, you can cancel your order with M&S at any moment up until the order is dispatched. As they offer a fast delivery time, this is usually within hours of making your order. To cancel an order that you’ve opted to collect in store, call your local store anytime up to the time of collection.
Can you specify denominations with M&S?
Although you’re unable to specify which denominations you would like for your currency, you’ll receive a mix of larger and smaller denominations where available. For orders in store, you may be able to request denominations.
Do I need to bring ID to collect from M&S?
To collect travel money from M&S you’ll need a photographic ID – a passport, driving licence or EU identity card.
