  • Does No 1 Currency offer a currency card? 

No 1 Currency offers a prepaid card that can be topped up with Euro, US Dollars and Sterling. Cards can be delivered in 3-5 days and are free with an initial load of £400 or over. 

  • How does No 1 Currency offer currency? 

No 1 Currency holiday money can be ordered online or at your local store.  

  • Is No 1 Currency FCA authorised? 

Yes, No 1 Currency is fully authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. 

  • Do No 1 Currency take credit card payments, and do they charge a fee?

No 1 Currency will deliver travel money directly to your home address, with orders received before 12 noon available for next working day delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery is free for orders over £800, or for anything less, there is a delivery charge of £4.95. 

  • Does No 1 Currency allow you to amend/cancel an order? 

Cancellation is not possible on next day delivery. For click and collect orders, there may be a cancellation fee.  

  • Can you specify denominations with No 1 Currency? 

Although you are unable to specify denominations as part of your order with No 1 Currency, orders are mixed, so you’ll receive a mix of high and low denominations. 

  • Do I need to bring ID to collect from No 1 Currency? 

To collect No 1 Currency travel money you’ve ordered online, you’ll need a valid passport or driving license and the payment card used to make your order.
