About Tesco’s Currency Exchange Service
Tesco’s currency exchange service is a popular choice for holiday makers. This is of course helped by the fact that millions of people visit Tesco’s each day. However, just because they are a big brand does not mean that they necessarily offer the best exchange rates, which is exactly why everyone should be comparing rates and service prior to ordering currency.
Tesco’s bank was started in 1997 with their travel money service being launched sometime after that as a joint venture with Travelex, who are renowned as a major brand in the foreign exchange sector.

Summary
At the time of writing, Tesco Bank’s currency service has a rating of 3.8 out of 5 from 88 reviews. Reviews include the following:
“Every time I have ordered Euros through Tesco Bank, I was advised that they were unable to process my order which was then “put in review”. This will certainly be the very last time I ever waste my time ordering foreign money via Tesco Bank.” 1 out of 5.
“I am not the best at dealing on line. I bought £100 worth this afternoon and managed fairly easily. I liked their security checks through the process as I worry about doing things like this on line. I think this is a good service and I shall pick up the kunas from my local Tesco store. I. Like that I have to collect myself with my passport or driving licence plus my card pin. This appears to be a very safe way to order currency on line.” 4 out of 5.

Today 5 January 2020 due to having flu I asked my husband to take $697 dollars into Tesco Wisbech currency exchange and convert to £ pounds. Well the young lady doing the currency exchange certainly realised my husband was below par (as he too has flu but could drive)..!!! She short change him by only paying him for $667 which is a shorfall of £20.00…!!!! WELL I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING INVOLVING THE POLICE., AS THIS IS FRAUD…!!! I WONDER HOW MANY FELLOW CUSTOMERS SHE HAS UNDERPAID/DEFRAUNDED…!!! GOOD INCOME IF YOU ARE THAT WAY INCLINED….!!! WHO EVER RUNS TESCOS WISBECH CURRENCY EXCHANGE ITS TIME YOU LOOKED CLOSELY AT YOUR STAFF… Before the Police arrive….!!!!
