Cashback Payment

The user is entitled to receive cashback accrued upon the condition of reaching a target of £25 in their payable balance. We reserve the right to close accounts that are inactive for 12 months or more, in such instances balances under £25 will no longer be redeemable, balances over £25 shall be paid where payment details are available in a User’s account.

Payments will be transferred from RTW Brokers to the user’s bank, Paypal account or a User selected 3rd party using the details provided by the user via the website.

All commissions are converted automatically from a “confirmed” status to “payable” after 30 days. Refer to each commission status below.

Commission Statuses

A – Pending

This is when a sale has been confirmed but the retailer has not agreed to pay the commission. This could be due to several reasons, such as the user not having received the product or service yet, the user has the product or service but they are within the full refund period or user payment is pending on their order.

B – Failed

This is when the sale has been cancelled and the retailer is not offering commission on the sale. This happens when the user either cancels the sale due to any reason or returns the product or service. It could also be that the retailer could not fulfil the order due to stock, user payments or delivery issues. The sale could be cancelled instantly or within the free returns time period.

C – Confirmed

This is when a sale has been successfully received by the retailer and the user is happy with the service or product they have ordered. The retailer will change the status of the commission to ‘Confirmed’ which will be non-reversible on the affiliate networks and Quote Goat will receive commission for all sales with ‘Confirmed’ commissions and revenue is then shared with the user via their website account. It can take between 1 and 30 days for a sale’s status to change from ‘‘Pending’ to ‘Confirmed’.

D – Payable

Once a sale is Confirmed, Quote Goat’s system changes each sale status into Payable after 30 days for users to request a payment. Users must wait for 30 days for each sale to convert from Confirmed to Payable. This is because it can take up to 30 days for the commission to be paid by affiliated partners and to be received by Quote Goat.

We reserve the right to change our fees from time to time as we see fit.
